All the neighbors and friends came to our home on the new year day and wish us. Many times it was upset me when my parents were not at home and lots of guest came to our home. But it was fun to serve them and do "AGRAH" to have some sweet and Namkeen! But now the trend change... now very less people go and wish each other. લોકોને ત્યા જવાનુ, બપોર પછી એ બધા મારે ત્યાં આવે, ગપ્પા મારવાની મજા પડી જાય. વણનોતર્યા મહેમાનોનો મને તો અનુભવ નથી.

On the name of Diwali, they drop in at any time of the day without thinking about the others. I have even seen people coming at wee hours of the night and forget about that they come along with the stick fast and stick to the chair for hours together without thinking about the host. The way it is the festival time for them, it is for the host also and even they are tired out of the days work and need to relax. But who cares!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
